This programme is designed to completely transform your experience of health from the inside out. Here are some of the ways I can support you over the next six months.

Here’s how I will support you

Mind: Each module will explore powerful ways you can create lasting health. Topics will include nutrition, biology, holistic science, neuroscience and epigenetics. You will also develop skills such as forgiveness, self-love, authentic relating and develop your intuition.

Body: We will then use different techniques so you can experience and embody new beliefs, habits and disciplines into your daily life. Techniques will include movement, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, EFT, dance, shaking, breathwork, magical practices, nature connection and ceremony.

Action: You will then move into action and undertake activities, such as improving your diet, committing to a daily routine and doing reflective and magical activities to create more joy and wonder in your everyday life. For the woman, you will also be invited to track your menstrual cycle on the course.

Week Zero (Settling in)
Complete your detailed intake survey and gain access to our community space and members area.
Guest Teacher Dr Alexandra Lagaisse is a Chartered and Registered Clinical Psychologist dedicated to changing the narratives around “mental health”. She sees the current epidemic of chronic depression and anxiety not just as a problem for each individual but as a reality check for the collective. She is at the forefront of challenging the stigma attached to mental health and helps us to see that emotional distress is an understandable reaction to our current life situations and collective circumstances.

Week ONE (community)
We start building our community and have our 1:1 call.
We build our community by sharing our stories and meeting for the first time on our live call. We will go through a deep, unwinding process, and you will be invited to create an altar in your home that represents your health goals.
Guest Teacher Rosa Sommer Martin
became an Authentic Relating facilitator in 2014, running workshops in Vietnam and later at Embercombe, Schumacher College and several UK festivals. Together with co-founder Richard Loizou, she started Unusually Brave, creating spaces for people to practise boundaries while communicating with themselves and each other in kind and honest ways. 

Week two (unwinding)
Learn how to calm your nervous system and be in rest and repair more often.
Learn how to activate rest and repair, create coping strategies for when you experience stress and move into action to reduce the stress you are experiencing day to day. 
Guest Teacher Dr Dan Maggs is a qualified GP and Entrepreneur. In this training, Dan helps us to understand the warning signs and consequences of chronic stress. Dan also specialises in weight loss and shares this knowledge via his YouTube channel and his website www.carbdodging.com. Say hi @drdanmaggs on all social media.

Week three (Nutrition and diet)
Explore the importance of feeding your body and brain with the proper nutrition.
Discover how vital gut health is and address subconscious patterns that stop you from maintaining healthy habits.
Guest Teacher Andrea Henkart is a certified nutritionist with over 35 years’ experience, an international motivational trainer and author of 9 books on health and wellness. In this training, we talk about how to create healthy eating as a way of life rather than a temporary change, we discuss the importance of gut health, the effects of sugar, how to reduce toxic exposure and more.

Week four (daily discipline)
Create a daily disciple unique to you, which you will feel excited and inspired to commit to. Having a morning routine and creating good habits is the best way to experience health daily. 

Week five (mind)
Upgrade what you think and believe about yourself, your health and your body. You will also be invited to see your health from a more holistic perspective rather than a collection of separate problems and symptoms.

Week six (emotions)
Establish a healthy relationship with your emotions.
Your body communicates through feelings, sensations and emotions. When you learn how to interpret them and respond more appropriately, your nervous system relaxes and your health increases.
Guest Teacher Kerry Veitch In this training Kerry shares the incredible, transformational work that can be experienced simply by using the breath. Kerry’s produces Glastonbury Festival’s iconic field ‘The Common’ and co-founded the UK’s first ever festival celebrating Breathwork, and more recently working globally with Anthony Abbagnano as part of the Alchemy of Breath team. 

Week seven (integration week)
with activities to promote relaxation, play and laughter.

Week eight (your heart)
Access more self-love and worthiness. You will learn how the words you tell yourself matter the most and pick up tools and ideas that help change your internal dialogue.

Week nine (develop intuition)
Deepen your intuition and the trust you have in yourself. One of the best things you can do for your health and life is trust yourself. Our bodies thrive when we learn how to trust ourselves and create more ease and flow in our lives.

Week ten (visioning)
Envision and design the beliefs, vision and strategies which will support you. 
We will use visualisation and meditation to increase your results.
Guest Teacher Rachel Allan coaches women worldwide who want their life back in their hands. She supports people in creating a more alive life both professionally and personally. 

Week eleven (unleash expression)
Unleash into your unfiltered expressions. What are the things you have been putting off? What are the questions you are too afraid to ask? The things you don’t want to feel? Let’s liberate ourselves and enjoy full expression and greater health.

Week twelve (strengthen purpose)
Develop your unique gifts and strengthen your purpose. You will learn how to connect and grow into your purpose, which is simply learning to become more and more you.

Week thirteen (celebrate)
Celebrate breakthroughs and make strong commitments moving forward.

Is this for all genders?
Yes, the “The Body Talks” is for everyone – all genders and gender identities welcome.
How long per week will I need to spend on the course?
  • Watch the weekly training video: 15-30min
    Watch Guest Teacher Content: 40mins approx
    Complete the process and activity (supported by the workbook): 30mins – 1hr
    Connect to the community in the Facebook or Whatsapp group: 20mins?
    Interactive live event: 1.5hrs
    Total time commitment each week will be approx 4hrs.
Who is this program not for?

If you want to stay the same and comfortable, this course may not be for you. This course is all about taking action and taking full responsibility. If this feels too difficult right now, I suggest waiting a while before applying.

Is the Program content available all at once? How long do I have access to it?

The content is time-released every week. All content is downloadable so that you can have it for life. The private Facebook or Whatsapp group will only be moderated and available during the 6 months of the course.

Is their a Refund Policy?

Yes, we have a 30-day refund policy, which starts on the first day of Week Zero.
