During this online session, I will share some of the most powerful ways that I shifted from experiencing chronic ill health for years to now experiencing the best health of my life. 

The aim of this session is for you to

Feel more alive, healthy and free in your body

Feel more connected to what your body needs

Have action steps on how to feel more healthy moving forward

What’s involved

We will meet on Zoom, July 4th at 6 pm BST for about 90mins

♥️  Mind: You will learn some theory behind experiencing better health.

♥️  Body: We will do embodiment activities so that you can experience this new information

♥️  Action: We are what we repeatedly do, so you will be invited to take some action. 

Hi, I’m Jo,

My courses help people to slow down, reconnect to their body wisdom and live more harmoniously with themselves and nature. Im an educator and facilitator with 17 years of experience designing and delivering programmes all over the world and online. 

I have experienced varying degrees of ill health my whole life, and then in my early 30’s, I ended up experiencing ME/CFS for a few years and was bed-ridden for 4 months.

I decided to start listening to my body instead of seeing it as a problem that needed to be fixed.

I got curious and decided to upgrade my diet and beliefs around health. I increased self-care, did more of what I loved, created a healthier relationship to my emotions and then committed to creating health daily instead of choosing a lifestyle that was slowly chipping away at it.
