Hi, I’m Jo, an educator and facilitator, devoted to helping you feel healthy and safe in your body. I have over a decade’s worth of experience guiding groups all over the world including Scotland, Africa and South America and creating transformational programs as the Education Manager at Embercombe.
I have experienced varying degrees of ill health my whole life and then in my early 30s I ended up experiencing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for a whole year!
“I decided to start listening to my body instead of seeing it as a problem that needed to be fixed.”
I got curious and decided to upgrade my diet and beliefs around health. I increased self-care, did more of what I loved, created a healthier relationship to my emotions and then committed to create health daily instead of choosing a lifestyle that was slowly chipping away at it.
If your feeling overwhelmed, just know, your body, just like our planet is designed to be well, is self-healing and self-regulating and if you learn to listen and respond more appropriately, you can create incredible health.
“I have a framework within which to understand my body’s language of communication. It’s logical which is surprising.” Kath Austin
“You are not a problem that needs to be fixed. To create lasting and real vibrant health you need to experience a paradigm shift, to a new way of being in relationship with you body, emotions, thinking mind and connection to life. The best way to make this shift is to get real about your current situation, take responsibility, release old traumas, forgive, love yourself and then consciously choose relationships, work, food, activities and thoughts that fully support and nurture you.”
